Hi, me and my ex have custody papers, and we broke up when my son was 8 months old and the father barely exercised his rights, now that our son is 3 and a half, he started having something to do with him when he just turned 3 and he was doing it on a regular basis, but he has been in jail for felony fraud and he went to jail for 6 months and got out 2 weeks after his 3rd birthday. and he has gone to jail for motion to revoke probation which he did 3 times and he was on probation for 5 and a half years for felony fraud he has 3 counts of fraud charges against his record and a resisting arrest charge on him, in the last 2 and a half months the father has lashed out at me and i let him have him for easter and i went to pick him up and he lives in a 20 story apt building and he lives on the 14 floor and he left my son in the apt without anyone in there and i witnessed this myself. and he has not seen the child since easter now and he called me and told me he was going to pick him up for fathers day and for the summer vacation which last a full 30 days and our son has only spent no more that 2 nights with him at a time, and another thing he doesnt pay child support and he refuses to tell me where he works and he also told me when he has to work when he has our son he puts him in daycare in his building, but when i was up there i asked a security guard if there was a daycare in the building and he told me no there isnt one and never has been one. so he has lied to me about where aidan stays and also put the child in harms way by leaving him alone in his apartment. and another thing he lately has been having alot of seizures and he has them at any given moment and when he has aidan he falls asleep all the time while our son is still awake and doesnt watch him and i am afraid for my son when he goes with him because he acts like he is not on his meds and he takes meds for bipolar and anger issues and seizures and he is an obitcheal liar and he tells people that our sons mom is dead which he is talking about me. point blank the question i am getting at it i am afraid for my sons life and i have never went to jail before for anything and i dont want to go to jail for not letting him have him but if i do let him go and something does happen i will go to jail for endangerment to a child but what do i do and do you think i will go to jail for trying to protect my son from his father. and when i try to talk to his father about issues we are having he yells and me and hangs up he has blocked me from sending him yahoo messages and on facebook. and he is dating a woman but he refuses to tell me her first name or what she is like and i think he is hiding something about her. and he know i dont care if he dates because its none of my business, but if you know anything about interference with child custody please let me know or if you have an opinion on what i should do. and another thing i have asked for cps to help and they refuse to help they said it was a court thing and not there business. thank you for reading this and please give me your answers thanks

After you lay the tarp down and make sure its help down good ( i usually get metal steaks, it helps because even eventually soon enough the bark dust you lay down willdissipatee andyou'lll have troubles with the tarp again so i suggest metal steaks) which can be found at a garden store or meijers fairly cheap. and then whatyou'lll do isyou'lll cut a good foot sizelengtht in the tarp where you want your plants...it may seem like a big space but plants and flowers grow...trust me :). then when you get done cutting out all your holes plant the flowers about a foot into the soil, another way to help and keep them healthy is to put half a handful of fertilizer in the dirt before you put the plant down in the dirt. Then cover it up with the soil. Then when you get them all planted water it all and have fun with the red bark dust :) it will look great! just make sure you dont put the bark dust to close to the flowers cuz it can restrict the oxygen and water to get in that it need a little is good but not to much! I think youll do a great job! and it will look amazing! and a good weed remover is Roundup, our company uses this its very helpful and works fast! i wish you the best of luck hope it turns out!

Why do I have random burst of rage and anger?

I have been having massive bursts of anger for no reason at all. It only happens when I am alone but Its just this insane amount of anger and rage, I feel like I could tare someones head off. First off, I don't know what state you are in, but recorded conversations without the consent of all parties is NOT admissible in court - at least in California. I take it there is a court ordered visitation schedule. If so, you cannot keep your child from seeing the dad. You are breaking the law and that will be used against you in court. If you continue to allow your child to see dad and step mom, take pictures of child before he/she goes to dad's house and have someone else confirm the date and time that the pictures were taken. When child returns from dad's, do the same. This way you can document that the child may or may not be being hurt at dad's. You can request that the court appoint a mediator and revise the visitation. IF CPS has been called to dad's from you or anyone else, and there is documented proof that child is being abused there, you can request that dad only get supervised visitation. Good luck. Don't be nervous or accusatory in court. Keep a calm demeanor and let the judge talk. If you have the police reports and any reports from CPS, take them with you. Send a certified return receipt letter to the dad indicating that you are going to submit these documents to the judge at the next hearing. or if you have a lawyer, ask him/her to do so. Look to a law facilitator in your county court house. Ask for assistance. Contact CPS and ask for their advice as well. Again, good luck.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer v8 with 4.6L built in 02 of April so the axles and trans have differences, and I have also a 2000 Mercury Sable ls so the automatic shifter is in the center council, my question is if it is possible to tare out the bad transmission and engine off my sable and put the 4.6L v8 off my explorer and replace the block with the sable one, isn't it the same engine the Crown Vics have the 4.6L, I don't want to buy the Crown Vic I want it to be my project and I need a new engine and power train on my Explorer anyway because they have about 200,000 miles on my Explorer, so is it possible to make more power into my Sable with switching the blocks?

Rifles stored in a six year olds room?

My stepson told me his mom and boyfriends rifles are stored under his bed. He also told me they both have handguns in the house and where they are located. He has also told me they take him to the bowling alley for their league games and while there they drink and then load him up and drive him home. I plead guilty to Attempted Child Neglect in 2008. Long story short a minor child who was in my home shook my baby and dropped him (why nobody will ever know) while I was in the kitchen and he was resting in his room and I was arrested MONTHS after the situation and told that because I was the only adult in the home at the time I am responsible for the crime that took place. I was scared and wanted out of jail and took the first deal offered which now has left me with a felony on my record. After witnessing first hand how the system sometimes helps people and other times screws people, I have a great interest in working in this field to help people and children. I do have my child and there was 1 woman who worked for CPS who was on my side from the start and even supported me while in custody. She went above and beyond her job for me and I admired that. It truly inspired me. I have my child and he is doing great but times do get hard due to the jobs I do not qualify for because of my record. I do have a job and have been there for a while but I want to go back to school to further my education for a better future for us. I have been doing a lot of reading while most of it seems positive for my particular situation but then I do run into some things that throw me completely off. I do plan on reaching out to my old case worker for any information as well but all I really want to know is if this would be beneficial or a waste of wishful thinking. I know I need to be licensed as well and I live in Nevada but can't seem to find the exact requirements for this as far as felonies.

From some studying the bible, it says not to argue, quarrel, all that. Well, my girlfriend and I are both Christians, and like all relationships we argue. If CPS orders you to take parenting classes in a child abuse case, how long can the classes take to complete?

This is not a severe (or high-risk) child abuse (ca) case, but under Oklahoma law it's ca none the less. I slapped my son (5 years old) across his chest a couple of time with the back of my hand, and it left some redness and swelling. Me and the mom are married, but she was forced by CPS to have a VPO put on me for him. I also had to move out of the house, or all 4 of our kids would be taken from us. I'm currently living out of my car, but I still pay the rent, utilities and give my wife money for groceries. So if CPS does order me to take parenting classes, can i move back in the home or do I have to wait until the classes are completed?

Also, God forbid, if something happens to your daughter, you will be one step ahead in getting permanent guardianship. You will also need those custody papers to enroll her in school, even preschool if you decide to send her, and for medical care. If he jumps through all the hoops, about all he could get at first would be supervised visitation. You can also hit him up for child support, being you are the ones supporting her now and you have an idea where he is. Maybe your daughter will come around and realize that her child is more important than drugs and get the help she needs. She should feel lucky to have parents to stand by when needed and to step up and take care of her baby when she should have been. Good luck in what ever you decide is best.

Why do woeman bring back so much stuff from a store?

I work in Retail. I watch lady's every day buy many items, clothes (never try on) other Misl. items, and in a few days they are bringing them back? Why? There are dressing rooms, and this is something that Men do not do! Gas is at least $3.00 a Gallon and some times they bring thing back that are under $5.00. That means they actually got nothing back on the item because they burned it up in Gas getting there. As a Man I would through away anything that was under $10.00 it just isn't worth my time and gas and ware and tare on my car, not counting that could be the day I was in a accident. To me it just isn't worth it. I died for 4 1/2 minutes in 2003 and I know how important it is to spend each minute of the day, since you might not wake up tomorrow.

There's nothing wrong with you, it's just your inherent personality type. You're obviously very open-minded and understanding, and also don't like conflict and like to have any conflicts quickly. This can sometimes be damaging, if you tend to bend over for someone who has wronged you and puts you in a "doormat" position. I had a C section and never had my insicion checked, I think it is infected?

I had a c-section on march 31st and had an insicion check two weeks after that but had to cancel because I did not have a babysitter or gas money to go. My step-dad hit my baby sister?

First off I don't know who to tell so thats why im asking a bunch of random people... Anways I just walked into my house where my 1 year old baby sister and step-dad are. Is there really that large of a gay population in Houston? My parents won't let me go out because they don't trust me. They won't let me have a cellphone and they get suspicious if I'm on the internet for too long. It's like I can't have a social life. I woke up sunday morning after drinking pretty heavily saturday night and my lower back on my left side had a sharp stitch (around the kidney area). it is now wed and the pain is still there followed by a slight burn when i'm peeing and for awhile thereafter. I just finished freshman year, and i think your makeup routine sounds ok. But why are you using face primer w.out any foundation?? trust me, tinted moisturizer and foundation are 2 very different things. I would probably skip the face primer, cuz it makes your skin look older quicker, and use the tinted moisturizer, and then a matching face powder. You definitely dont want to be the girl that wears all the makeup starting freshman year, but your routine sounds fine to me. Just dont overdo anything, and you should be fine.

Will this work against my grand baby's biological dad?

the cyfd placed my daughter's child with us. she has a bad drug problem. we have helped her raise the baby who is 3 and when she got really bad, she left the baby with us nearly all the time anyway. well early on, the baby's bio dad's mother had him fighting for custody. well, he was given visitation. first supervised and then he was able to take the baby 2 times a week. he was also ordered to pay 400 bucks a month child support. we didn't like that he was able to take the baby, because the bio dad had some pot smoking issues. well, he stopped showing up and we never got any child support. this went on for, well almost 4 years. now that he's found out that my daughter is having these drug issues, he now wants custody. the baby hasn't seen him in almost 4 years. he told the cps that he stopped coming around, because we wouldn't allow him to see her. that's a lie. though we didn't like it, we had to let him, cause it was court ordered. can he get away with lying like this? we have a lawyer to fight him, but it makes me angry that he is such a liar. that's another problem we had with him as well. the fact that he's such a liar. the cyfd left her with us, but he plans on lying on us in court. we did have our battles with him and his family, but i sent him a fb message and apologized to him for the way i handled myself. he plans on using that letter against me. what do you think will happen with this situation? he chose to stay away for almost four years. no moral support, or financial support. 20 thousand dollars he owes. how can he just walk in and do this? i'm very worried about this. my grand baby has some issues over her mom's problems. i want to protect her. thank you..

Can CPS put young children on unnecessary psychotropic drugs?

a doctor would have to prescribe them but yes, it seems as if those drugs are being overused in small children in which they are not necessary. cps often tries to help the children get medical care while they are with them. somehow that is leading to them not thinking stuff through and letting a doctor give a child drugs that have nasty side effects, even death. if they are pressuring the doctor i hope the doctors don't give in and report the cps worker.

First of all teenagers are one thing, but she is an adult now, and you can't do anything to change the past. The best you can do is to sit her down explain what could happen and hope you set a good enough example that she will make the right choices. As hard as it may be to admit this your baby is not a baby any more. She needs to experience her life, and make her mistakes along the road....always be her daddy and be there to pick up her fall :)

My bf/father my children wont stop gambling HELP!!!?

Hi I don't know what to do or where to turn no more or even how to handle the situation. My boyfriend the father of my children wont stop gambling it came to the point where his parents have to budget his money so our bills get paid we both work but he makes more then me because he is full time and I am part time that works only 8 to 10 hrs a week I work less because I have young children that need at least one parent around most of the time and too it saves on day care.. But any way for the last 5 months he spends at least 2 two three checks way on gambling a month and he gets paid every week around 300 to 500 dollars a check so he spends between $800 to $1000 a month at the casino and it doesn't help matters because he works there, I don't know if I can bare to leave him because I believe that our children should have both parents but I don't want them going through this anymore either I have tried to leave him to see what would happen if that would help him stop but nope he still gambled plus he stopped me and sat on the car and said I wasn't leaving him funny I know. I just don't know what to do anymore when he doesn't have money he tries and take mine which now I have to hide money from him just to buy diapers or need it for gas. He is almost never home when he doesn't work he is either sleeping or at the casino, he helps a little with our children and gets mad at our two year old just for wanting his attention which is sad. I am 15 years old and my mom doesn't like me. Right now she pawned every video game and DVD that i have and there about to get taken by the pawn shop. She doesn't care because shes never liked video games or DVDs, (shes a social person) and the thought of losing them doesn't even faze her. Activities for the blind?

I have Googled many variations of the question "What do the blind do for fun?" I only found answers for activities for young children or answers from offended persons. My son is legally blind and loosing more sight so I am looking for things he can do, so he can feel more involved. I have him set up to get Braille books and tapes from the library for the blind, but he is just starting to learn Braille. It has opened up some room for something other than the tv. The hardest thing for him is he loves video games, but he's having a harder and harder time seeing them. He has three sisters that don't have problems seeing and they try to help him to be a part of what their doing, some times it makes them miss out on somethings and I don't want them to resent him for it. I try to help, but he's 13 and doesn't always want Mommy helping :) . I'm Gay But I Don't Like The Gay Community?

I agree on lots of these points. Overly flamboyant gay guys don't really annoy me but I feel as though I could understand why you feel annoyed. I think that a lot of people see them as more of a novelty, outrageous for the sake of outrageous, and not as real people. Also, many "more masculine gays" (maybe yourself?) resent the fact that they are stereotyped into that category just because they are gay. Me, I dislike the fact that a persona like that leaves little room for subtlety. I also am very upset with the approach that the community takes toward sex. It worries me that the public gets the idea that we are slutty and are sex-crazed. It worries me even more that some people are legitimately like that. From a scientific perspective, sex is the most important thing for any organism. However, the point of being human is elevating yourself away from other organisms. For a romantic like myself, this is a depressing situation. I wish that we could move away from this sexual liberation message that stopped being relevant a while ago and move onto what it is to be really proud of what it means to be gay. How to fix a tare in a weatsuit?

How can i get my cat to behave and and stop waking us up?

I have a orange tabby who isn’t even a year old (we got him on mother’s day last year) I know a lot of orange cats have a bit of an attitude to them and when we got him fixed we thought it would make him a little less crazy (lol) we feed him part of a can-food in the morning before we get to school and then the other half at night, (through the day he has dry food down and note that half of can-food is split between him and another cat who is younger then him) so now he knows what time he should get his morning food. We give it to him when we wake up and leave for school/work. Obviously this can change cause we don’t always have to get up at the same time (normally by just like a half hour or so)Well at night he gets hyper so we make sure we leave the basement door open for him so he can play and we have our room doors shut so he won’t rip-tare through our rooms along with the other cat. well because of him thinking he runs the house he will get up around 3 or so and play then by 5am he is at the hallways door, digging at it so that it wakes all of us up and if that doesn’t work he meows so loudly that you can hear it all over the house. He will do this for some time and it really affects everyone’s sleep. Because of this my dad has been getting no sleep and is always in a mood and is saying he may just throw the cat outside for good he has even thrown a fit saying if something isn’t done he will just move out (of course he can be such a drama queen at times.) My cat can’t be an outside cat because of various reasons my mom wouldn’t allow it for one. What can I do to make him stop doing that so that we can keep him and get sleep? Are you able to put child in daycare only one day a week?

At the daycare I work at, we have tons of part-time children. Including some that only come one day a week! It's no problem at all. We are well-staffed so going over ratio is not a problem. If you can't find a good daycare in your area, I'd find a babysitter or nanny to come in just for that one day. I know college students would love the extra money, and they're pretty flexible with their schedules!

It's easier to paint over the purple than it is to remove carpet and put in wood flooring and as long as your carpet is a pale/tan colour than it would go much better with your theme to just paint it a pale pink shade than to actually redo the who floor. or depending on how your closet looks (I don't know dimensions etc.) you could hang a tapestry on the wall of like the Eiffel Tower or something like that and then only have to paint the walls that aren't covered.

Sorry this is long. I love him very much although hes annoying at times he's my best friend in a way and knows me/understands me better than anybody including my other best buds. The problem I have with him is he barely has concern for his looks whatsoever. because splitting up with them is so hard, maybe you can keep in touch with them so you don't completely lose them right away. its kind of like quiting a bad habit. stopping cold turkey is a lot harder than slowly stopping. also they can still help you when you need it. when you get to high school, look for another teacher to sort of take place of the other two. i understand you probably don't want to totally forget them like you wouldn't want to forget a dead pet, but if you have something there it might help you forget just enough to get through, plus this would give you another adult that you can trust with your problems. im sorry about your problems and i hope this helps.

Would a guy get screwed up in the rest of his relationships if he lost his one first love?

he will soon be 4. when the baby was born my parents convinced me to get a lawyer to seek visitation and maybe joint custody. my son's mother, my then gf and i had broken up. i'll admit, i was a pot head and i still smoke and drink from time to time. well, my then gf got a lawyer and the judge ordered me to pay 400 a month child support and made me have supervised visitation from my weed smoking. i didn't pay the child support. it was too high and the supervised visitations were such a hastle. my ex's parents were real son of a b1+ches. i just stopped going for visits. my ex's parents have pretty much been raising my son. they're like his parents really. well, a buddy of mine told me that my ex gf has a bad drug issue.in fact, her parents put her in rehab. the cps placed my son with the grand parents. well, the human services is on my *** about child support, so i called the cps and asked them if i could have the baby. they told me no, because he's been with his grand parents all this time, they've raised him and told me that i'd have to get a lawyer... about 5 months ago my ex gf's mother contacted me and told me that my son's mom was doing drugs real bad and was with a really bad guy. basically, she wanted to know if maybe them and me could maybe get some sort of joint custody of the baby and force the daughter to leave this bad guy and go to rehab. well, i stopped communicating with her until recently when i found out that my ex is in rehab. i contaced cps, but they won't let me have my son. do i have rights? i owe like thousands in child support. with that hurt me? can i use my ex's mom's messages to me against her if i take them to court? what's my chances here? my ex's mom contacted me and told me that if i would sign my rights away that they will pay the state and they will wipe the slate of the 25k i owe in back child support payments to my ex and my son..she told me that i should have gotten back with her when she first contacted me, but now it's too late and they don't want me around the baby. what should i do? thanks
