I had a C section and never had my insicion checked, I think it is infected?

I had a c-section on march 31st and had an insicion check two weeks after that but had to cancel because I did not have a babysitter or gas money to go. I think it is infected there is a tare in it, and along the insicion it is red and swollen it isnt long but the one area is like that. I do not have insurance anymore because I am not pregnant and they cut my insurance even before I could get my 6 week prenatal check. Is there anything that I could do to care for this on my own because I do not have any money to go to the doctor or hospital, and I am not trying to make my credit bad with unpaid hospital bills. Please any home treatments I could give myself, please no bullshit from ppl i need the help not the critisism.
