Im a hardgainer. how does this workout look like?

yeh well its okay for a beginner to workout body parts multiple times a week just to gain that basic strength, but for a hardgainer once u reach that point relatively quickly u definately want to cut down the workout and maybe one bodypart a week... and keep it to compound movements i would say instead of having a bi/tri day i would have one day for legs and one day for shoulders... and make sure the majority are compound lifts... if u want more info on a diet plan or how to get big guaranteed feel free to IM me and il let you know what i know from personal experience (just click on my profile and instant message) and il help you out, only if ur serrious tho.
