If I had three of my children taken by CPS and they have been adopted out over 6 years ago and I'm pregnant?

Do to my other children father selling drugs and my oldest child got into it while I was working 3rd shift. I have not ever used drugs a day in my life but the CPS told me to work a service plan with my children father and I didn't want to but they said it was best so I did it but his work effected mines when he dropped dirty it was like I did to but never did. It has been over 6 years since CPS has been out of my life.What I would like to know is it best for me to leave the state and give birth,sign over my rights to my child father that has not ever dealt with anything like this, this is his first child and I don't want him to have to go through all of what I did over a 12month and nothing I did was good enough for this people I never could understand it cause they took my other children what I'll never be able to have a life without them getting involved.Please help me
