Can i take a bath after giving birth 3days ago?

Hi i was wondering if it was safe to take a bath after giving birth 3 days ago my breast are so sore and full of milk and warm water seems to help well also any advice on stuff to do take to help with my breast is greatly appricated also my birth experience was vaginal and no stitchs or tares
