I have a 1 yr old kitten who is driving me nuts please help?

She is attacking my feet really visciously tares the curtains down and knocks everything off the window sil at night. She also follows me everytime i move. I dont know what to do with her im recovering from an operation and cant keep fixing things. Please help me
