I live in a Domestic Violence shelter & CPS is involved ; why ?

Okay so long story short, my daughters father was very abusive towards me & he actually beat up my father one day while holding our daughter in his arms now I am currently living in a Domestic Violence shelter & CPS is involced because she witnessed Domestic Violence but with my father & her father. Do you think they would take my daughter away from me ?? ( I have Full Custody of her now )
