tell them they cannot arrest you for her making false complaints and if she is making frivolous clams they need to fix her you can also get all of these reports together and false cps claims together get every police report and sue her in small claims court for harassment and defamation if you guys don't own the house i would move and find out who this lt superior officer is and report him he cannot mail out a ticket on your neighbors word good luck also consult an attorney
