Can I hit my mom back when she is hitting me?

I'm 13 boy and my mom constantly hits me for stupid stuff I was in my room today she said she was leaving to the store I said bye and she said what and I screamed bye so she could hear me an she started cursing at me and hitting me because I screamed bye the she said don't yell at me she loves punching kicking and bearing me with a belt it doesn't hurt anymore but I want to kick her *** but that would be wrong cause I love her even though shes a ***** I don't want to be homeless or call CPS cause that would ruin my life
