Is this a good makeup routine for a 14yrold?

I just finished freshman year, and i think your makeup routine sounds ok. But why are you using face primer w.out any foundation?? trust me, tinted moisturizer and foundation are 2 very different things. I would probably skip the face primer, cuz it makes your skin look older quicker, and use the tinted moisturizer, and then a matching face powder. You definitely dont want to be the girl that wears all the makeup starting freshman year, but your routine sounds fine to me. Just dont overdo anything, and you should be fine.
