Will a totally gone dog foot pad grow back?

My great Perrine's was poisoned about 6 months ago and as a result her hind foot was damaged do to nerve damaged. she was dragging the foot but know walks on it correctly. but shes worn off her foot pad. it wont heal we've tried bandaging she tears it off . a e- caller odoesn'tnt work shes to big. to top it off shell get ibleedingngbecausese shel run. we now have her osedativeses to keedrowseey and not move around to much. wasupposese to keep a bandage on her but sh keeps taring it off. i know it just got to try out. shes also on antibiotics. WHAT DO I DO ?
