What can I do about sex offender getting joint custody after judge allows it?

From what I can tell, this guy was never actually convicted of anything- he isn't considered a sex offender unless there's some proof that he actually did it. I have no way of knowing if he did or not, but unless this proof exists, he can't be punished for it, nor should he be.
