What can I do about a neighbor and annoying Lt. that keeps calling the police, net office and cps?

Hope you live in a tornado area may sound cruel but maybe a house will fall on her. Damn she makes the wicked witch look like a saint. Can't the police but two and two together. I know I had a similar problem my brother and wife couldn't define parenthood and were ready to loss the kids to the state and I was asked by my mother to raise them. For 25 years my brothers wife was a ton in my side, she called the cops and told them the boys committed suicide, beat them,killed them,had ambulances day and night asked he cops can't you do anything about this filing false reports etc, they said they had to check 20 years of this finally the police had enough of her and dragged her to the nut house. Police to protect and serve but who the crazies? Start documenting everything somewhere there has to be someone that can help. I even started using an answering machine had her blocked, no tress pasting and she still made life miserable. How about a news station that like to investigate this stuff.
