Should I call Child Protective Services?

Any parents who becomes violent after alcohol is a massive concern, whether they mean to say nasty things or not. Make sure your cousin's safe first, even if that involves taking her straight out of her Mother's house to yours if it makes you feel more comfortable, and then phone CPS. She wouldn't go straight to a foster home or anything, they would at least ask the family first.
