My Mom told me to get emancipated...?

I'm not a typical teenager who fights with her parents. I actually do many things to impress my mother, most of which she very seldom sees or cares about. She always looks at the negatives of life unless things go her way. Today, in all seriousness, she told me to go get emancipated down at the court. I'm 16 and she's 55, I really think she's a loon - she has episodes almost every day. She will not allow me to live with a family member, though. I love my mother, but she says it a lot. She likes to tell me that she "could've left us (I have a twin) on the table" or "should have gotten an abortion" when she had the chance. I cannot call CPS considering I don't want to be put in a home. What do I do?
