I was falsely accused of child abuse from a co worker?

I was falsely accused of child abuse at work i have been suspended for over 3 months we got the findings and CPS said that they were false and im innocent of all charges but now my job keeps telling me that they are waiting on something and they can't tell me anything yet so what am i to do now im a single mother of two im all that my kids can count on so my life have been flipped upside down for a few lies! Do i need to seek a lawyer? I mean it seems like they are hiding something Y are they still making it seem like i did it and not only that i can't seem to find a job and i think they are giving me a BAD reference i just don't know what to do please help?
