Grandchild is reunited back with bio mother?

I have raised my grandson since birth and his biological mother was never a part of his life and abandoned him at birth, now after 5 and half years petitioning the courts she wants her child even though she has not been active at all, so one hearing after another and a few tears she shed when this went to circuit court now and numerous false allegations and bibbity boppity boo he was awarded back to her, now severely confused I had requested counseling on board prior to his arrival, parenting classes everything I mentioned was blown out the window, even down to his last few days before he was taken on christmas eve in which marked an anniversary of my father death in which he told his counselor how her husband places a pillow over his head and won't let up MD cps reported to Va but Va stated they did not feel the need to keep the case open, now we have a hearing set for June 17, 2011 and still she is not following court orders in ex: regular visitation still I am not getting that i have only been able to see him 3 times for 48 hours or less, Memorial day 2010 my husband and I picked him up after visitation and he had a front tooth knocked out, now when I finally got my first visitation in March for the weekend his mouth has stitches, he continually states he wants to come back home with his real family and to his real home, now on easter he took a knife out of the kitchen drawer and placed it up to his head and neck and said he rather kill his self than have to go back down to his bio mother home, and then when my husband was takin him back to virginia when he woke up in the car demanded my husband to turn the car around and go back to his real home, he stated when he spilled cereal on the table and floor his bio mother and husband got real mad and made him go in another room to eat by his self but he likes eating together as a family, and now he stated his bio mother (my daughter) husband gave him a super wedgie which then his lil rectum started bleeding and then was swingin him across the room, I do not get regular phone conversation that is ordered she does not initiate or return my messages or her phone is out of service when ordered myself and her was to work together to find a counselor this did not happen, counseling only started April 22,2011 after ordered in Nov 2010. If he get dirty he starts crying uncontrollably and is unconsolable because she does not allow him to get dirty and he states you don't understand my punishment, he says he is locked in his room everything everything comes out and all he has is walls to look at, for weeks at a time,they call him stupid and water head I was to also be included in his school performance think again, they will not release to me anything and she still has not come forth and told me he has failed, he told me this and said she said it was because he was so bad, and now he stated she told him it was mine and my husband fault he failed because we wanted to see him soo much, but we have only been able to see him 3 times. I have him recorded also saying she lied about everything (his bruises) he said he accidently dropped something on her bread on the bottom of the shopping buggy and she started kicking him and that is how he got his bruises, but he said she lied and said she didn't kick him, now his father is unknown and now just turning 6 is asking us who his real dad is and why cant we go find him and look for him, he stated " I can draw a map". Now here is my question isn't it with anyone else who doesn't follow a court order you file a motion for show cause? and also it is ordered shared transportation wrong again my husband has went thru heroic efforts and after working 10 and 12 hours days on his own business and then to jump on the road and drive 4 hours down and pick him up and drive 4 hours back home on friday night and then turn around and do it again on sunday that is 16 hours and it was stated shared. her or her attorney never is reprimanded in the courts for waiting months to sign off orders and her dictating, ordering and now recieved as a belated mothers day gift she is taking me back and wants her attorney fees paid and is trying to eliminate all contacts with him and stating interferance, she is threatening her sister, her father, and myself this time she is setting it up we will never be able to lay eyes on him or hear from him again, and supposingly she had met all burden of proof for change of circumstance steady home, job and complete change over, well now since court in Nov she no longer has her job either, so like my husband famous quote is " The best example of future behavior is Previous behavior" so personally as hard as it was losing a child this was not in the best interest of the child but the best interest of the justice system and courts.
