Cps state of Texas question help ?

OK my rights to my sons were terminated due to my mental history when I was 12 I'm 25 an I am far from crazy no drug use a job I'm going to college to be a registered nurse .but if I wanted to have another child would they take it please no rude comments I'm extremely sensitive to this subject
